1. General Terms
By using GDT Tower's meeting room booking services, you agree to these terms. Please read carefully before making a reservation.
2. Booking & Payment
- Bookings require a 50% deposit to confirm.
- The remaining balance is due on the day of booking.
- All payments are in USD.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation 24+ hours before: Full deposit refund.
- Cancellation within 24 hours: 50% deposit forfeited.
- No-show: Full deposit forfeited.
4. Room Usage
- Rooms must be used for lawful business purposes.
- Guests are responsible for any damages incurred.
- Please leave the room as you found it.
