1. General Terms

By using GDT Tower's meeting room booking services, you agree to these terms. Please read carefully before making a reservation.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Bookings require a 50% deposit to confirm.
  • The remaining balance is due on the day of booking.
  • All payments are in USD.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation 24+ hours before: Full deposit refund.
  • Cancellation within 24 hours: 50% deposit forfeited.
  • No-show: Full deposit forfeited.

4. Room Usage

  • Rooms must be used for lawful business purposes.
  • Guests are responsible for any damages incurred.
  • Please leave the room as you found it.
